Marianne has a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years at national, state, and international levels. Her expertise is centered on ICT project management and assurance for critical projects, and she holds a Masters of Project Management degree.
Marianne’s knowledge and proficiency in information technology project delivery and assurance are industry-leading, grounded in extensive experience across all facets of delivery life cycles and best practice frameworks, including PMBoK®, PRINCE2®, MSP®, and best practice assurance methodologies. Her strategic mindset equips her to navigate high-risk, mission-critical, and complex organisational structures. Marianne excels at cultivating productive relationships and inspiring a sense of purpose and direction among her teams and collaborators.
In her recent roles, Marianne has focused on governance and assurance within governments, specifically in the domains of public safety, fire and emergency services, ambulance services, and police ICT environments, and their critical programs and projects. A notable achievement is the development of delivery and assurance frameworks for Queensland Public Safety, encompassing organisations such as Queensland Police, Ambulance, Fire and Emergency Services. These frameworks have been pivotal in supporting their respective annual multi-million-dollar technology-enabled programs of work.
Marianne holds a Masters of Project Management, a Diploma of PMBoK™, and is a PMBoK™ Project Management Professional, in addition to being an accredited in PRINCE2® Project Management and PRINCE2® Program Management, and is a formally accredited Gateway Assurance™ reviewer and NSW Digital Assurance Expert Reviewer.
