Frank is an industry leader with specialised skills in project management competency assessment and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) Assessor network. He also brings a wealth of knowledge in project management methodology development and implementation, as well as program and portfolio management methods and processes.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to enhancing the competency of project managers through assurance, coaching, and mentoring, Frank was honoured with AIPM Fellow status in 2018.
