David continues to work with and deliver assurance services to a diverse range of clients, including local, state, and national governments, financial and insurance organisations, as well as global, international, and enterprise-level entities. In recent years, David has conducted over fifteen P3M3 based maturity assessments and in excess of 250 assurance reviews for leading governments and organisations. In 2022, while working with a multinational client, David led the development and implementation of a comprehensive IT PMO practice. This initiative equipped the business with modern multidisciplinary PMO management skills, best-of-breed PM toolkits, and project/ portfolio management processes and tools, resulting in enhanced project and portfolio management capabilities.

Richard has a proven track record of delivering both strategic and tactical outcomes, taking on roles that encompass delivery, technical expertise, advisory services, and mentoring. He has provided consultancy services to over forty organisations and has played a pivotal role in leading whole-of-government initiatives and the delivery of over 150 tier-one assurance reviews, including the delivery of over 100 assurance services.

In addition to his role as a senior assurance consultant, Richard specialises in portfolio management framework and maturity roadmap consulting, where he lead the delivery of over fifteen best practice maturity assessments. He provides his expertise to several of Australia’s largest government and private sector organisations across sectors such as health, transport, local government, recruitment, payroll management, and digital services. Richard’s contributions include the delivery and leadership in the development of portfolio models and supporting frameworks, IT strategies and road-mapping, service delivery standards, business services frameworks and models, methods frameworks, and benefits frameworks – all grounded in industry best practices.

Tony brings over 25 years of experience in senior ICT management, project management, digital transformational change and assurance reviews. In addition to assurance, Tony’s expertise is primarily centered on ITSM system implementations and releases, working with both public and private sector organisations.

Tony served as the Regional Delivery Manager for a global partner of ServiceNow®. In this role, he led project implementations, managed go-lives, and conducted post-implementation reviews for various ServiceNow® projects. Tony was directly responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the ServiceNow® cloud platform for Queensland Government departments.

Tony is known for his strong focus on ensuring that business requirements are effectively met during deployments. His approach ensures smooth execution and the successful implementation of ServiceNow® platforms that deliver tangible value to customers.
