SAP® Assurance Reviews
Assurance PLUS™ provides SAP® customers with independent, evidence-based assurance at critical points in the SAP® Activate lifecycle. It strengthens delivery quality, reduces risk, and improves confidence that an implementation can safely progress through each SAP® Activate delivery phase. The Assurance PLUS™ practice combines SAP® Activate, Clean Core principles and global assurance best practice methods into a simple, repeatable, customer-centred assurance framework.
What we do.
We deliver SAP® assurance reviews using Assurance PLUS™, which is a holistic and end-to-end approach to assurance, with each review (1-4) confirming both customer and technical readiness. PM Solutions is proudly a licensed Assurance PLUS™ Accredited Partner.
Customer Assurance: focuses the customers organisational readiness to accept the changes associated with the delivery of the SAP® solution, examining the customer’s agility and capability to manage technologies, people and processes, – while assessing whether the customer’s organisation:
- has effective governance and decision-making
- understands the solution design and its impacts
- is ready for fit-to-standard, testing, training and deployment
- has the capability and capacity for adoption
- is prepared for operations, benefits and ongoing sustainment
Technical Assurance: focuses on ensuring the implementation is following the SAP® Activate methodology and SAP® Clean Core principles, which is used to avoid unnecessary expenditure and the redevelopment of best practice delivery tools and methods – while assessing whether the SAP® solution is:
- designed to SAP® best practice
- compliant with the Clean Core principals
- architected appropriately (S/4HANA®, BTP or RISE)
- integrated and tested effectively
- secure, stable and production-ready
- supported by robust migration, testing and deployment approaches
