Tony brings over 25 years of experience in senior ICT management, project management, digital transformational change and assurance reviews. In addition to assurance, Tony’s expertise is primarily centered on ITSM system implementations and releases, working with both public and private sector organisations.
Tony served as the Regional Delivery Manager for a global partner of ServiceNow®. In this role, he led project implementations, managed go-lives, and conducted post-implementation reviews for various ServiceNow® projects. Tony was directly responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of the ServiceNow® cloud platform for Queensland Government departments.
Tony is known for his strong focus on ensuring that business requirements are effectively met during deployments. His approach ensures smooth execution and the successful implementation of ServiceNow® platforms that deliver tangible value to customers. By applying industry best practices and his own expertise, Tony has conducted comprehensive and valuable assurance reviews. He has worked with organisations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance the performance of their programs and projects.
Tony is a ITSM Master and ServiceNow® certified technical specialist, and also holds accreditations in PRINCE2® Project Management, PRINCE2® Program Management and ITIL®, and is an accredited Gateway Assurance™ reviewer and NSW Digital Assurance Expert Reviewer.
