Mark is the founder and CEO of PM Solutions, a leading provider of independent assurance and consulting services. Established in 2001, PM Solutions is dedicated to helping organisations improve the effectiveness and value of their projects, programs, and portfolios. Mark’s dedication to ensuring that PM Solutions provides exceptional assurance and consulting services, which is driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and extensive industry experience, positions him as a respected leader in the field of independent assurance and best practices consulting.

With a distinguished career spanning both the private and public sectors, Mark has contributed his expertise to numerous high-profile projects and programs in Australia and New Zealand. His experience encompasses a wide range of industries, from government agencies to private enterprises including significant senior roles in leading transformative programs, such as the transformation of the Sydney Trains Fleet Management and the Safety, Environment, Quality and Risk division, and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead the establishment, certification and operationalisation of NSW Trains.

Mark possesses an unmatched capability and proven experience in the quality assurance reviews. Mark has quality assured Australia’s largest programs and projects, including mega implementations across Defence, Services Australia, DFAT, ASIC, ATO and NSW Whole-of-Government. Mark is a co-founder and director of a globally recognised assurance best practice company, through which he continues to play a pivotal role in shaping industry standards and best practices. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence within the field of assurance and establishing enduring assurance frameworks for a number of governments within Australia.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark is actively involved in various advisory roles and entrepreneurial ventures. He has served as an executive advisor to IP Australia and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Trust and was co-founder and executive board member of a start-up venture capital incubator, and the founder of a high-end Japan-based property investment and reform company

Mark holds an Executive MBA, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Management Systems, as well as numerous best practice accreditations including, P3M3, PRINCE2® Project Management, PRINCE2® Program Management, PRINCE2® PMO Management and AgileSHIFT® Transformational Change, as well as being a Gateway Assurance™ Master, Agile Assurance™ Master and Assurance PLUS™ Professional. Mark is also an upcoming ambassador for PeopleCert® Axelos® PRINCE2® PMO Management and the ACP programme.
